WHY THIS PROGRAMME? |
|
Human
resource management (HRM) for any company is vital. One of the key areas
of HRM is recruitment and selection of people for the company. People,
as Peters & Waterman stated in their book “In Search of Excellence” is
what makes the difference to an organization. It is therefore essential
that companies not only aim at getting the right people but also retain
them. The skills of selection are very important for managers and
executives and these can be acquired and professionally developed.
Getting the right people the first time and all the time is one of the
hallmarks of good people management. It is with this scenario in mind
that the two days program is proposed, details of which are as follows: |
