
The Working as a Team programme is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to function effectively in teams.
Key Enablers:
- Identify potential obstacles to teamwork and ways to ensure team success
- Follow specific road maps to achieve team goals
- Identify ways to improve individual as well as team communication
- Understand the process for conducting effective meetings
- Manage brainstorming, consensus decision, negotiation and mediation processes
The programme focuses on how to work effectively in a team, and the use of process management tools to accomplish team objectives. Heavy emphasis is placed on experiential learning and skills practice.
