Beginning with his initiatives in positioning the Learning Centre as a self-funded business unit, it has now grown to become part of Shell Learning International, a worldwide in-house learning & management consulting entity that provides programmes in Leadership and Management Development, Strategic and Personal Change Management, Business, Innovation and Engagement Skills.

Outside Shell, Victor has been closely associated with both MIHRM, MIM and SIM for several years.
