Building ESG-Ready and Resilient Organisations: FROM DISCLOSURE TO ACTION

THE PROGRAMME

This 2-day program aims to equip corporate professionals with the knowledge and tools to transition from ESG reporting compliance to strategic action. Participants will gain a deep understanding of key global and local ESG frameworks—including CSRD, TCFD, and IFRS S1/S2—while exploring Malaysia-specific disclosure obligations. The course will bridge the gap between sustainability theory and business operations by helping participants identify departmental ESG risks and opportunities, implement cross-functional collaboration, and translate complex ESG concepts into actionable strategies. Through hands-on case studies and KPI benchmarking, the program empowers professionals to design an ESG action plan that strengthens organisational resilience and aligns with investor and regulatory expectations.
